Carolina Matamoros Ferro is BASF AP's Data Governance Lead, overseeing the Data Governance and Data Catalog teams to foster a data-centric organization. Her focus is on delivering global, scalable solutions that ensure data compliance while enabling data use. She leads the design and implementation of policies, frameworks and guidelines, that support AP’s digital strategies. With over 10 years as a Colombian public servant promoting the use of data on multiple sectors bringing-in an uncommon perspective. She is an industrial engineer with masters on public policy and engineering, who thrives on bringing together the technical and strategic perspectives on common goals.
