2025 Speakers

Franziska works as Data & AI Strategist at EnBW AG. Her current focus is on implementing measurable data governance, driving efforts towards responsible AI and enhancing cross-functional collaboration in Data & AI. Franziska holds Master’s degrees from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Industrial Engineering) and the Imperial College London (Business Analytics). She was previously part of the Data Science Talent Program at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, where she worked on AI use cases across various organizations. Before joining EnBW, she spent four years in leadership roles at RTL Deutschland, where she was responsible for shaping Data & AI strategy and managing data science projects that delivered strategic value to the company.
