 Currently, I am leading Healthcare Big Data Analytics at the Aga Khan University (AKU) specifically in the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Department. Having a passion for improving healthcare using data driven tools and techniques, I have consistently worked to leverage my expertise and skillset in transforming hospital processes, medical research, and patient outcomes. Furthermore, I have trained various teams on improving data collection, understanding data visualizations, and using interactive dashboards for monitoring various KPIs and trends. My skillset in Big Data Analytics and Data Science have allowed me to work on various projects, especially in Ophthalmology, Emergency Medicine, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involving researchers and healthcare professionals which has added to my experience of dealing with complex challenges in the healthcare industry of Pakistan. As technology advances, I wish to remain committed and excel in developing advanced data driven solutions. With my experience in data wrangling, machine learning and feature engineering, I wish to work towards finding complex patterns from diverse datasets. My experience in this domain has enabled me to conduct gap analysis and strategy development for improving healthcare processes. My passion for working in healthcare and developing data driven solutions goes beyond working for AKU. I wish to work towards contributing to improving healthcare in Pakistan through advance data driven solutions.
