Within your E-Zone, you will find:

Getting Set-Up

• To-Do List - A list of tasks to complete, like uploading your logo and website URL
• Your Profile - A short description of your company
• Submit your Product Categories - Select the primary product or service your company will showcase at the event

Badges and Lead Scanning - The Exhibitor Hub will be your portal to arrange these, as well as view your leads post-show, and invite clients

Marketing Materials

• Your Bespoke Registration Link - Copy and paste this full URL when inviting clients, or promoting your presence through any channels
• Media Kit - A link to your customisable banners, our logos, e-invite, and registration link
• Upload a Press Release - Submit an article about your company to our website to garner interest before the show
• Upload a Product - Upload more information on a product or service that you will showcase at the event
• Coming Soon: Connect at Tech Show Frankfurt - Our digital event platform where you can schedule on-site meetings

Sponsorship Opportunities

• Show Sponsorship - Sales brochure containing event sponsorship upgrades

Exhibitor Technical Manual (Eng & Ger) - All things operational (stand set-up, stand build and breakdown passes, health and safety checks, etc) 

Exhibitor Warning - A caution regarding companies trying to sell you 'our visitor data'

Please note: The company name that you submit through your profile will be used on Connect at Tech Show Frankfurt and nameboard. If you require your exhibiting name to be changed, please contact your salesperson.
